INNOVA People Referral Program
EMR Professionals

Referrals can be submitted in two ways: either by using the online referral form or by having new allied professionals list you as their referrer when completing their application.

To qualify for a referral bonus, both your name and contact information, including your email address, as well as your referral’s, must be included on the application or referral form. If your referral is a suitable match, a recruitment specialist will contact them to introduce INNOVA People, and discuss completing an application.

Please note: “Corporate employees of INNOVA People and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.”

To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referred candidate must be a new contact for INNOVA People or its affiliates, meaning they must not already exist in any INNOVA People or affiliate databases. Only one bonus will be awarded per referred candidate, regardless of the number of assignments they take.

To receive the referral bonus, the referrer must register for the referral program within 30 days after the referred candidate completes their assignment. You will earn a bonus for every candidate you refer who completes a minimum of 200 hours or a 13-week (or longer) assignment with INNOVA People and its affiliates. All referred candidates must meet the minimum hiring requirements and be eligible to work with INNOVA People.

Referral Bonus Structure: $500

Referred candidates must begin an assignment within one year from the date of their application. In the case of “reciprocal referring” (where two new candidates apply and list each other as their referrer), only one referral bonus will be awarded and split between the two participants.

If you qualify for a referral bonus and have worked an assignment within the last calendar year, your bonus will be automatically processed through your current payroll. If you have not worked an assignment within the last calendar year but qualify for the bonus, payment will be made via electronic transfer approximately 30 days after the referred candidate completes their assignment.

Information provided by both the referrer and the referral may be shared with a third-party vendor for the purpose of tracking referrals and processing bonus payments. All outstanding accounts receivable balances must be cleared before any bonus payment is issued.

Referrals to other divisions of Innova People will follow the specific terms and conditions of that division’s referral program, including the applicable bonus amount.

All federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the person receiving the bonus, as required by applicable laws. Recipients of a referral bonus will need to provide their Social Security number for tax reporting purposes. The bonus value will be reported on the appropriate IRS form (W-2 or 1099).

INNOVA People reserves the right to disqualify referrers at its discretion for any violations of the terms and conditions or fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither INNOVA People nor its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or representatives shall be held liable for any damages arising from or connected with this referral program. This includes but is not limited to compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages, loss of data, income, or profit, property damage, and third-party claims.

INNOVA People reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the referral program or terminate it at any time.
